The UPG Sustainability Leadership Program 2024 offers an exceptional opportunity for individuals with strong leadership skills to make a meaningful impact. It also invites organizations to participate in advancing positive change within their communities. Based in the USA, this program is the world’s largest sustainability training for young adults, fully funded to empower both individuals and organizations to launch at least one project of their choice, aimed at driving positive change globally.
The UPG program centers on initiatives that support the United Nations’ sustainability goals. It represents a powerful movement that promotes “Green” (environmental sustainability) and “Social Stability,” encouraging young leaders to take action using their unique talents and passions, without waiting for others to initiate change.
Known globally as the #UPGSustainability Leadership Training Program, this flagship initiative was launched in 2019 and has since trained 586 leaders, with 160 receiving fully-funded trips to the USA. The program is designed to transform communities by moving from “Ideas and Goals” to “Positive Actions.”
United People Global (UPG) also offers its participants the chance to join the “Community of Champions,” a network where they can showcase their projects, collaborate, and exchange ideas with other skilled and passionate individuals. The program’s success is bolstered by support from influential partners and collaborative networks.
