TechGirls Exchange Program in the USA 2025 | Fully Funded

TechGirls Exchange Program 2025 in the USA is a remarkable opportunity for young women aiming to build careers in science and technology internationally. This prestigious summer exchange program is designed to empower and inspire future female leaders from around the globe. Bright and motivated students are invited to join this fully-funded leadership initiative, which aligns with the USA’s mission to foster global collaboration and economic stability through education and technological engagement.

In 2024, the TechGirls cultural exchange program will support 111 young women from 37 countries, along with over 13 U.S. peers, in a comprehensive four-week experience in the United States. This journey includes seven months of mentorship, continuing the program’s legacy since 2012, which has empowered 653 young women worldwide. Participants will engage in hands-on technology and computer camps, travel to designated countries for job shadowing at tech companies, and take part in homestays and community service.

The TechGirls program offers passionate and talented young women the chance to further their career development while refining essential skills. It encourages collaboration with a diverse group of individuals, helping participants elevate their positions in the global community. This global leadership program equips students with professional and technical skills, empowering them to address complex global challenges through technological innovation and analytical thinking.

The program is designed to foster rapid, effective solutions to pressing issues. Dedicated staff provide career counseling and help participants adjust to new cultural environments. Additionally, healthcare support is offered by CPR-certified professionals, ensuring participants’ well-being. The TechGirls program is inclusive, respecting religious practices and offering appropriate meals for those following Halal or Haram dietary rules, with accommodations made for dining at halal restaurants when feasible.
