Eligibility Criteria
- Must be a Pakistani national residing in Pakistan
- Must have a confirmed offer or admission from an HEC-recognized public university in Pakistan
- Applicants must already be enrolled in a 4-year Bachelor’s, Master’s, or MPhil program and require financial assistance to complete their degree
- Must be enrolled in one of the eligible fields at an HEC-accredited university
- Applicants who have been out of education for more than a year are not eligible
- Only female applicants can apply
- Disabled women, as well as those from remote or minority backgrounds, are strongly encouraged to apply
