Eligibility & Criteria for Qualification
- Must be a full-time Master’s/Ph.D. student.
- Must be studying at a Malaysian public or private university supported under MIS.
- Should have at least two semesters left before completing studies.
- Open to graduates from developing and under-developed countries.
- Age limit: 40 to 45 years at the time of application.
- Master’s applicants need a CGPA of 3.0 or 2nd class upper honors degree.
- PhD applicants need a CGPA of 3.0 or excellent academic results during master’s.
- English language proficiency required:
- IELTS: 3.0 bands or higher.
- TOEFL: total scores of 550 or higher.
- Previous degree medium of instruction must be in English.
- Research proposal required, minimum 1000 words.
