You can now apply for the Hurford Youth Fellowship Program 2025 in the United States. This is a fully funded and highly competitive program that is known worldwide. Applicants from all countries are welcome.
The Hurford Youth Fellowship is one of the best youth exchange programs. Participants will connect with global networks, democracy movements, and youth movements from all over the world. The main goal is to train young democracy activists and develop their leadership skills. During the program, young leaders will conduct research, attend meetings, give presentations, join online group discussions, and participate in important sessions on democracy issues.
This international fellowship program lasts for 3 months, from March 1 to May 31, in Washington D.C. There is no application fee. Candidates will be selected based on their work and interest in collaborating with others to advance democracy. The selection will be made by the NED regional program staff, World Movement Secretariat staff, and the Hurford Youth Fellowship Alumni Network.
The Hurford Youth Leadership Program covers all expenses for the selected participants. Fellows will receive a monthly stipend for living expenses, basic health insurance, and roundtrip travel to Washington, D.C. They will have their own office with internet and email access.
