The Singapore International Graduate Award (SINGA) 2025 is a prestigious, merit-based scholarship for exceptional international students with outstanding academic achievements. This fully-funded opportunity allows graduates to pursue a PhD or EngD in science and technology at top institutions in Singapore.
SINGA offers a chance to study at leading universities like Nanyang Technological University, the National University of Singapore, Singapore Management University, and the Singapore University of Technology and Design. The award is a collaborative effort with the Agency for Science, Technology and Research (A*STAR), inviting those interested in impactful research in science and engineering.
Recipients of the Singapore Government Scholarship 2025 will work in state-of-the-art labs at A*STAR Research Institutes and experience life in Singapore’s diverse, multicultural environment. This program not only provides academic excellence but also offers practical insights into how a small country can achieve economic and social prosperity.
During the four-year PhD program, fellows will have the opportunity to explore Singapore’s dynamic aspects—economic, educational, cultural, social, and political. They will gain valuable experiences and knowledge that they can use to drive positive change in their own countries.
