The program is divided into three key areas:
- Program A: Experiments with Synchrotron radiation in Hamburg.
- Program B: Research on elementary particles, accelerators, and computing in Hamburg.
- Program Z: Research in astroparticle physics, quantum mechanics, and accelerators in Zeuthen.
Participants will also benefit from guidance shared by program alumni.

Eligibility Criteria
To apply, you must:
- Have completed at least three years of university studies in physics, natural sciences, or computing by summer 2025.
- Be a Bachelor’s graduate or Master’s student.
- Be fluent in English and have good computing skills.
- Not have participated in a DESY summer program before.
- Be fully vaccinated per EU standards.
