Are you interested in representing your culture on a global stage? Applications are now open for the 2025 Discover Canada Cultural Exchange Program! This unique opportunity invites 25 participants from across the globe to experience and showcase Canada’s vibrant and diverse cultural landscape.
The Discover Canada Cultural Exchange Program celebrates Canada’s rich cultural heritage, built on a long history of embracing immigrants from around the world. The program aims to highlight Canada’s multicultural identity while fostering a deeper understanding of the country’s traditions and history.
Selected participants will embark on an exciting journey to explore iconic Canadian cities, including Toronto, Montreal, Ottawa, Hamilton, and Niagara Falls. The itinerary includes visits to museums, historic landmarks, and famous attractions, providing an immersive experience of Canadian life and culture.
A standout feature of this program is that no IELTS exam is required for participation. Instead, the focus is on sharing cultural insights and experiences with fellow participants from diverse backgrounds. Through this exchange, you will gain a deeper appreciation of Canadian values, history, and lifestyle, while also having the chance to share your own cultural heritage with others.

Scholarship Coverage
Participants will receive partial funding, which includes:
- Accommodation
- Three meals per day
- Museum tickets
- Local transportation
Note: Travel costs to and from Canada are not covered. However, selected participants will receive full visa support and an official invitation letter. Additionally, one lucky participant will win a CAD 1,500 Apple Store gift card and enjoy the chance to explore Canadian culture.
Eligibility Criteria
To apply for the Discover Canada Cultural Exchange Program, you must meet the following requirements:
- Open to all nationalities
- Selected applicants will be notified via email
- Maintain active social media profiles
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- Preference for candidates with prior international travel experience
- Demonstrate leadership skills and a background in community involvement
- Show interest in Canadian and global cultures, including experience in attending museums or cultural events

Program Itinerary
- Day 1 (Toronto): City tour, CN Tower, Royal Ontario Museum, Distillery District
- Day 2 (Montreal): Explore Old Montreal, Montreal Museum of Fine Arts, cultural seminars
- Day 3 (Ottawa): Visit Parliament Hill, National Gallery of Canada, Canadian Museum of History, expert-led sessions
- Day 4 (Hamilton & Niagara Falls): Tour Art Gallery of Hamilton, Royal Botanical Gardens, Webster’s Falls, and enjoy a boat tour of Niagara Falls, plus cultural workshops
- Day 5 (Toronto): Farewell dinner and cultural exchange night
