Eligibility Criteria

- Applicants must hold a first-class UK bachelor’s or master’s degree, or an equivalent qualification.
- Stand-alone master’s degree holders must have, or be on track to receive, a distinction.
- For candidates with multiple stand-alone master’s degrees, one must be relevant to the proposed PhD and include a distinction.
- Only candidates who have secured a supervisor’s support for their research work are eligible.
- New PhD applicants only; current PhD students at Imperial College London are not eligible.
