The Fulbright Scholar Program for Pakistan 2025 offers a remarkable opportunity for individuals interested in teaching, post-doctoral research, or a combination of both. This prestigious, fully funded scholarship is designed for PhD scholars who aim to make a significant impact in their communities through research. Scholars will conduct research at U.S. universities or colleges, and one dependent of the selected scholar is also fully funded to accompany them to the U.S.
This year-long program by USEFP is open to PhD scholars, professionals, and artists from all fields. During their 12-month stay, participants are expected to share their cultural values with students, colleagues, and community groups in the U.S. Upon returning home, they are encouraged to apply the knowledge and experience gained to benefit their own societies through meaningful contributions.
This unique opportunity does not require an IELTS/TOEFL test, making it accessible to many eager to contribute to societal progress through knowledge exchange. In 2024, 15 scholars will be selected, with 13 slots for early-career researchers (2-7 years post-degree) and 2 for senior scholars (8-15 years post-degree).
The United States Educational Foundation in Pakistan (USEFP) seeks applicants with a clear research proposal that outlines how their time in the U.S. will benefit their Pakistani community. This is a great chance for Pakistani scholars to make significant contributions to their field and society.
