Eligibility & Criteria for Qualification

  • Students from EU/EEA countries and students from non-EU/EEA countries can apply.
  • Dutch and current UT students cannot apply.
  • Applicants must not have already graduated from UT.
  • If needed, applicants must be able to get a visa to enter the country.
  • Applicants must meet the English language requirements, like having an IELTS score of 6.5 or a TOEFL iBT score of 90, plus a 6.0 in writing (TOEFL iBT 20).

How To Apply

  • Get accepted into a UT Master’s program starting in the academic year 2024/2025 (September). This is separate from your scholarship application.
  • Receive an academic admission letter from the University of Twente.
  • Apply for the scholarship separately using your assigned student number.
  • Note that it may take up to 8 weeks to receive a decision after submitting your application.
